Tuesday 6:00pm - Next Level Up - Men's Naked Yoga - In Person Class

A beginner to moderate level yoga class that is open to all levels of practice. 

This is a Men's Naked Yoga Class. When we are naked we are all the same. 

Here's your chance to practice what you've learned in Beginner Yoga. If you've been paying attention to the use of props and modifications I offer, you know you can do this! If Beginner Yoga is 'keeping it real' for you this class will 'take it to the next level' without necessarily making you stand on one arm. Use some of those basic poses to help you transition and flow from pose to pose. You might break a sweat, which just means your lymphatic system is working!

Be inspired to deepen your mind-body connection while building strength and flexibility. Establish a fundamental understanding of “mind, body, spirit” into your practice. Incorporate breath with movement effectively into your flow as we mindfully explore concentration and meditation throughout the class.
