Friday 2:30pm - Men's Naked New Moon Tantric Flow

Tantra abides in vibrations as energy with the intention of healing both ourselves and others.

The moon and the sun, both important in yoga, signify the balance in all things.

This class will focus on breath and mediation, followed by a building of fire inside oneself. We begin to flow from pose to pose in the Vinyasa tradition leading up to a buiding of community heat and consciousness. It's an opportunity to connect mentally and physically to other men, partner poses are added in so everyone can benfit from greater initmacy. Get your mind, body, soul and sexual fire stoked for the Biggest Gay Weekend Phoenix has experienced in a very long time! All levels of yoga practice are welcome here. 

For 75 minutes you’ll experience instruction, light movement, use of props and pose modifications along with a bit of guided meditation. We aren’t worried about your clothes! You can bring a yoga mat, a hand towel and water or we have these things available.

Yoga offers us a path to greater understanding and a deeper connection to ourselves and others. This path requires our patience, compassion, reflection, and connection. It all starts with serving each other in a way that inspires unity through inclusion. Unity is what yoga is all about. This class is for EVERY BODY, because Yoga is for Every Body.
