This is a Men's Naked Yoga Class. When we are naked we are all the same.
Trying out a Partner Yoga class with your partner can help you feel more satisfaction with your relationship. Yoga also breeds mindfulness, which leads to happier relationships. ‘Being Here Now’ sharing breath and poses with your partner can rekindle your connection, making you both feel more satisfied in your relationship.
Partner Yoga may also help to increase both arousal and sexual satisfaction. This Partner Yoga class isn’t sexual in nature; but perhaps at times sensual.
