Melrose Yoga Studio Rental Agreement for Body Electric

Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Fee & Payment:

   • The rental fee is $1200 USD for the weekend dates of April 24th, 25th and 26th, 2026.

   • The rental period starts Friday, April 24th at 12:01am and ends on Sunday, April 26th at 11:59pm.

   • The rental agreement allows for one studio owner to attend the Body Electric workshop for a reduced cost of $200.

   • Payment is due 14 days prior to the event or at the time of signing the agreement, whichever is sooner.

   • Payment must be made via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

2. Use of Space:

   • The Renter is granted use of the studio space for the agreed-upon time frame.

   • The Studio Owner retains the right to take photos of the event for future studio advertisements and promotions.

   • The Studio Owner will take photos of the studio after decorations have been set up but before the event begins, for use in future advertisements and promotions.

   • Decorations must not damage the walls, floors, or studio property.

   • No open flames, confetti, or hazardous materials are allowed in the studio.

   • The studio must be used for lawful purposes only. Any activities violating local laws or ordinances are strictly prohibited.

3. Cleaning & Damages:

   • The Renter is responsible for cleaning up after the event and returning the studio to its original condition.

   • Any damages to the studio property during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Renter and must be compensated accordingly.

   • Trash must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made at least 7 Days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made within 7 Days of the rental date will result in a 50% loss of the rental fee.

5. Liability Waiver:

   • The Studio Owner is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period.

   • The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio Owner from any liability or claims arising from the event.

6. Additional Terms:

   • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio.

   • Alcohol is not permitted except for a champagne toast with prior written approval.

   • The Renter is responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with studio policies.

   • The Studio Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if the Renter or their guests engage in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

Agreement Acceptance:

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.
